The 23rd Annual Early Bird Rod Run was was held this year at the Victory Tabernacle Church again. The Church facilities were great again this year and we are hoping that this will be a permanent home for our Rod Run. Two successful years and good weather this year may be the explanation for our second best turnout in many years. We had over 100 cars and 300+ spectators.

Lot's of interesting cars were in attendance as you can see from the pictures (click on the link of the participating cars for the pictures). The main attraction was the AA/FD dragster that Jerry Baltes brought. Jerry started the car at the lunch hour and the crowd was thrilled to hear the roar from that powerful hemi engine. Everyone covered there ears because of the loudness of the uncapped headers. What a thrill!
