2010 Early Bird Rod Run Registration

Virginia Street Rods has been the Host Club for the NSRA Richmond Nationals for the past 5 years. In recognition of the new NSRA format, the Early Bird Rod Run will follow that format as well. This year we welcome cars and trucks 1980 and older.

Our 25th Annual (2010) Early Bird Rod Run, to be held on April 17, 2010, is one of the earliest shows in the season.  For those in attendance,  lunch will be available at a minimal cost to our guests.  So, bring your whole family and plan for a day of visiting with owners of some of the finest StreetRods, Muscle Cars and Restorations in the area. The first 150 registered participants (cars) will receive a beautiful Dash Plaque. Also, each of the registered cars will be eligible for Virginia Street Rods Club Awards.

Registration can be accomplished (prior to April 1st) using the form below. PRE-REGISTRATION fee is $15.00 per Car.  SAME DAY AS SHOW Registration is $20.00 per car.  General Admission is $3.00 per person (12 years and under free). Submitting your information will register your car(s), but will not be processed until payment has been received.  Order t-shirts ($20/t-shirt) by including the expected size in the t-shirt size box. Multiple shirts can be ordered by indicating multiple sizes. For example: M,M,S,XXL - will order 4 shirts, 2 Mediums, 1 Small and 1 XXL. Checks should be made payable to Virginia Street Rods, Inc. after submitting the form, your registration will only be accepted if your check is received by the day of the show. Early Bird Rod Run– Victory Tabernacle Church and its officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, servants, and anyone else connected with management or presentation of Virginia Street Rods, Inc.  Early Bird Rod Run– Victory Tabernacle Church from any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments, and/or claims from any causes whatsoever that may be suffered by any entrant to his/her property. Further each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all of the foregoing entitles, firms, persons, and bodies from  any and all liability occasioned or resulting from conduct of entrants or any participants assisting or cooperating with the entrant and under the direction or control of the entrant. Please do your part by observing all safety and traffic regulations, fire ordinances and maintain conduct befitting a representative of this sport.
